SUMMER SKILLS CLINICS

Advanced Summer Skills Clinics – NC COASTAL’S SENIOR STAFF, including FORMER OLYMPIC COACH JOE TRINSEY, will lead clinics this summer for advanced skill players.  Advanced players are those seeking to make a club travel team and/or the Varsity/JV/Middle School A team at their school. Players may register for any number of sessions that their summer schedule allows. The clinics will include a deep dive into the fundamental skills of Serving/Serve Receive, Setting & Offense Systems, and Individual Defense/Defense Systems on Tuesdays; Thursdays will be dedicated to Hitting position specific skills. Advanced Skills Clinics are open to High School players rising grades 9-12 and Middle School players rising grades 6-8. Players will be grouped by skill level on High School and Middle School courts.

June 18 & July 16 – INDIVIDUAL DEFENSE/DEFENSE SYSTEMS

VOLLEY TOTS is a youth program developed for boys and girls ages 5-8 yrs old beginning to explore the game of volleyball. Players will be taught the FUNdamentals of volleyball through games, skills and activities.  Players may register for and attend any number of Volley Tots sessions.

AGES: 5 – 8
Cost: $5/session
