REGIONAL TEAM PROGRAM

 

The Regional Team Program is designed for the moderately experienced and beginner volleyball player seeking a team competition experience, development of volleyball skills and understanding of a higher level of the game. She is serious about improving her volleyball toolbox to compete at an increasingly competitive level.  The Regional Program is appropriate for the player who is unable to commit to a more extensive  schedule, wants to compete in tournaments but desires a lesser financial and time commitment than the National and Power schedules.

Regional teams play in North Carolina single day tournaments; optional weekend skills sessions begin in late September; regular team practices begin in November;  tournaments begin in January and run through the last weekend in March depending on age and division.

REGIONAL PROGRAM DETAILS (included in the team fee):

  • 3  Team Practices/Week (2 weeknight/1weekend)
  • Six Regional Single Day Tournaments including the Carolina Region Championship
  • Gold Medal Squared  early season weekend skills clinic
  • Classroom team building and mindset skills training
  • Uniform gear package

JUNIOR REGIONAL PROGRAM DETAILS (included in the team fee):

  • 2  Team Practices/Week (1 weeknight/1weekend)
  • Four  Regional Single Day Tournaments 
  • Gold Medal Squared  early season weekend skills clinic
  • Classroom team building and mindset skills training
  • Uniform gear package

JUNIOR and REGIONAL TEAM FEES – will be determined when the tournament schedule is finalized and will be available at  tryouts.

Not included in team fees:  Transportation to events, player food costs, hotel stay (if necessary) and the Carolina Region USA Volleyball Player Membership Fee
