NATIONAL TEAM PROGRAM

The National Team Program is designed for the athlete who wishes to experience a high level of competition and an extensive competition schedule.  She must be willing to work hard with a growth mindset to further her progress, her team’s progress, and her club’s success. The National team player seeks to be competitive enough for a rigorous high school experience and the possibility of a college opportunity in the future.  National team players have athleticism and skill to match up against strong competition.  NC Coastal’s staff, has extensive experience in helping student athletes navigate the recruiting process and will provide guidance to all players on a National team who wish to play on the next level. NC Coastal will field two schedule levels of National Teams for the 2025 season:
National  Plus and National.

NATIONAL PLUS PROGRAM DETAILS (included in the team fee):

  • 3 Team Practices/Week (2 weeknight/1weekend through March – 2 practices per week after April 5th)
  • 6 Multi-day Tournaments (2 or 3 day tournament events) including a USAV National Qualifier
  • 4 Carolina Region Single Day Tournaments including the Region E/W Championship
  • Sports Recruits Profile and recruiting workshop from ages U15-U18
  • Gold Medal Squared early season weekend skills clinic
  • Classroom mindset skills and team building training
  • Uniform gear package

National Plus Team Fee – will be determined when the tournament schedule is finalized and will be available before tryouts.

Not included in team fees:  Transportation to events, player food costs, hotel stay (if necessary) and the Carolina Region USA Volleyball Player Membership Fee
