COASTAL CADETS is a developmental program for youth players (girls & boys) ages 9-15 (elementary, middle school and 9th grade). The program is designed to instill a love of the sport of volleyball and teach proper fundamentals and techniques. Through progressive skill building, participants will see improvements in their ability and performance. Coaches will work toward applying skill development to game situations.
We are now holding both a Weekday and Weekend Coastal Cadets session. The weekend session is $175 for 6 weeks and a NC Coastal T-Shirt. The weekday session is $200 for 8 weeks and a NC Coastal T-Shirt.
All practices are held at our indoor facility at 1536 Castle Hayne Rd, Wilmington
We offer two skill levels of Coastal Cadets – NOVICE and EXPERIENCED
NOVICE – Register for the Novice session(s) of Cadets if your player is new to volleyball or has had one training experience either in a clinic or on a team. Players in the Novice level will still be working to attain some ball control and work on the techniques of the basic skills of passing, serving, hitting and setting, as well as learning the rules of the game.

EXPERIENCED Register for the Experienced session(s) of Cadets if your player has had at least two training experiences either in a clinic or on a team. Players in this session will already exhibit some ball control and will continue to work on the techniques of the passing, serving, hitting and setting skills, as well as learning the positions and systems of volleyball.
