FALL PROGRAMS

COASTAL CADETS

Coastal Cadets is a developmental program for youth players (girls & boys) ages 8-14 (elementary & middle school). The program is designed to instill a love of the sport of volleyball and teach proper fundamentals and techniques. Through progressive skill building, participants will see major improvements in their ability and performance. Coaches will work toward applying skill development to game situations.

This program is directed by Steve McKeon. The cost  is $150 and includes 6 weeks of training and an NC Coastal Volleyball Club t-shirt. All practices are held at our indoor facility at 1536 Castle Hayne Rd, Wilmington.

Fall Session I – Sundays, 12:30 – 2:00 PM

FALL SKILLS

Players ages 9-18 seeking to improve their individual skills should attend our Skills Camp Sessions this Fall. Each week will focus on individual instruction and technique in a different skill and include game play to practice those skills in a game-like environment where the most effective learning takes place.

SKILLS SESSIONS INFORMATION: Skills Camp is single session registration on Sundays – register for the days you can attend. Sessions are divided by age and courts will be grouped according to skill level at each session. 

DATES: Sundays, September 13, 20, October 4, 11, 18
TIME:  Ages 9-13  2:30-4:00 PM  / Ages 14-18  4:15-5:45 PM
COST: $25/session

OPEN COURT

Players wishing to get some time & free play on the court and check out our facility should register for our Open Court sessions. 

OPEN COURT INFORMATION: Open Court is single session registration on Tuesday and Thursday nights – register for the sessions you can attend. Sessions are divided by age and courts will be grouped according to experience level at each session.  

DATES: Tuesday/Thursday  September 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29,  October 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29
TIME:   Ages 14-18  7:45-9:15 PM
COST: $15/session

LESSONS

Lesson time has been set aside in the court schedule for one, two, three or four player groups. You may request a lesson through our online request form at this link,  LESSON REQUEST FORM or you may contact a coach directly to arrange a lesson.
